Harley Bird 6 years ago in Pure CareForIT / Finance updated by Stephen Vaughan 6 years ago 8

Current system calculates and adds mileage to carers payroll for cancelled visits which it obviously shouldn't..

Hi, we have the ability to pay zero miliage in our Beta system.  You would have to cancel the visit and select a travel type that was zero pay.

If you would like to go onto our Beta system please contact your account manager or someone on the helpdesk.

Here is what the development looks like:

Thanks.

I have been told a fix for this is in the works but it will only work for visits that are cancelled with no charge.. Visits that are cancelled but that do have a charge (i.e late cancellations which are still charged but the carer doesn't attend) will still calculate mileage for the carer which makes no logical sense..

Would be got to have a proper fix that doesn't calculate mileage for visits that aren't attended by a carer..

The same request has been logged by Vicky Kirby at Nursing Solutions. An additional check box to indicate not to pay mileage on cancelled visits has been suggested by my colleague in support Claire Stillito.

Hi

Is there any update on a fix for this ?

Thanks

Natalie

This does need to be fixed asap

THIS NEEDS ADDRESSING. thank you

We agree that this needs to be sorted. We are contractually allowed to charge for certain calls when cancelled however don't need to pay the staff mileage for these. Are we planning in the short term to address this? Thank you.
