risk assessments

ability to edit risk assessments and remove them as it is verry time consuming not being able to edit them and having to start all over again

I would like to use the risk assessment, however I am not sure if the carers can access the risk assessment via their mobile apps?  

If you can edit the assessment  without starting it all over again,  our  service user needs change all the time.
