We’d like an alert to come up when staff have been allocated visits which take them over their Target Hours. Similar to what happens with customer hours.
Hi Alan, we will shortly be starting some development to address this very issue. We understand that care coordinators lives are hard enough, we rather you not have to worry about over allocating staff.
We could really do with this to - i see it was in planned development a year ago, is there any update please
This alert would help rota team greatly and also those carers who only want 16 hours a week.
