review due button that will flag red when the medication is due for renewal. We re-order on week three so it would be a manually input date, as the review one.

We need to be able to produce a weekly report showing actual delivered hours of care by region/area that will hopefully tally with invoiced hours. 

Using Planned v Actuals you are able to choose regions from a drop down before running the report, but only minutes are recorded and it doesn't summarize the week in the same way client weekly Scheduled hours does.

I also think this would make life easier for all concerned. There could then be NO ambiguity around our staff locations when they are logging in. Those who constantly state they have no data would be able to use the QR function instead.

I started thinking about this while ensuring my policies and procedures were in line with the GDPR.

Would also be very useful to have address and contact details on rollover in this view. As with staff, rollover for contact details would make life much easier.

This functionality worked extremely well in a system I have used called Select. It enables you to move calls from one view, reassign staff etc. Also had the option to right click and cancel etc. I'd love to see this as a part of CareForIT.
