Change default View on the wall

When working on the Rota Wall/staff/unallocated, currently only one day can be viewed at a time (as a default). The view can be divided into two days and it would be helpful if this could be set as a permanent default.

We'd ideally like to be able have a week to view on the staff and customer walls.
