Add "Drag & Drop" functionality to the Wall
drag and drop facility on the wall to enable faster use changing calls at the moment is very slow
Change default View on the wall
When working on the Rota Wall/staff/unallocated, currently only one day can be viewed at a time (as a default). The view can be divided into two days and it would be helpful if this could be set as a permanent default.
Shift offering via the wall
Offer shifts to staff via email (and/ or via WhatsApp) from the Wall, and have them accept via email reply (and/or via WhatsApp).
Unallocated Call Wall
It would be nice to have a separate wall for unallocated calls so you can see clearly all the unallocated calls for each day.
Number of hours/Journey Time on the Wall
You have changed the list view of the rota so that the coordinator can see the number of hours, journey time etc when they are trying to assign a support worker
We would like a similar sort of thing on the staff wall. One of our guys suggested that we have it next to the name. The hours displayed will relate to the full week that the Coordinator is looking at. So, in the example below, the hours displayed will be for the week beginning 2nd of October to 8th of october (just like it is on the list view above)
Unallocated calls on the wall
Listing those who don’t require staff or support which makes the list very long. Could we set it so that they don’t appear?
