Bulk 'email rota' to save each rota as a pdf in carer notes schedule tab
We email a 7 day rota to the carers so they can plan a week ahead (App only shows a few days). Any amendments are also emailed out. The schedule tab only saves the last pdf and the notes do not have a pdf attached. There is no record of any previous rota sent other than the last one.
Please can we attach the pdf to each note so we have a paper trail.

We had raised this previously. We had suggested a "History of Rotas" sent for a particular week.
I really liked the bulk email function during my training as it saves time compared to previous software. Now I have had to revert to our previous practice of saving and attaching each individual rota (Please kill me now) as there is no audit trail.
So my colleague has deactivated a carer and all her visits have disappeared. I am about to do payroll and do not have a way to work out what this carer has done? I only have the last emailed rota and support have advised me to go through all the daily schedules to figure it out - not a happy chappy right now.
This needs to be changed, or made crystal clear in training.
