There will be improvements in mapping to show provider and client locations in an upcoming Brokerage release. 

Keep an eye out on the news section of the support site for information on when this feature will be released. 

What would be useful is to have a drop down filter which said Open Yes, No or All.

Even better would be the ability to export the details of All Packages and any applied filters to excel.

Sarah Sabater and Carol at the Care Company South has also highlighted to me that drag and drop on the wall is a highly desirable feature.
