Hi Selina, the report current works as designed, you have never been able to print.  Your request is for the system to allow you to print call data as a bulk action.  This will need to be firstly concidered and then developed.

Hi, this is currently possible.  You will need to create a new "Training" category called "Supervision"(here: https://support.care-for-it.com/articles/setting-up-careforit/how-do-i-add-new-training-skills-qualifications )

Then you can upload the supervisions onto the staff records (here: https://support.care-for-it.com/articles/setting-up-careforit/adding-qualifications-training-to-staff-records ).
