Is it possible to add validation to the Regular Call end date so that it is equal or greater than the start date?

Almost every care organisation supports their service users by way of a nominated key worker yet this is not an option available.  Please would you advise if it is to be added?

Need an option for a monthly visit. Some of our customers attend a particular meeting which happens on, for example, the 2^nd Thursday of every month.

Some coordinators/Assessors prefer to print off a paper risk assessment before the go and visit a service user. Sometimes they pre fill some parts of the risk assessment in the office before they go out

When you try and print the current risk assessments the space is really not enough to enable them to write their notes.

Assessors have tried to enter data onto the risk assessments in order to widen the space (e.g. enter lines of data vertically so that it widens the space). However, when they go to save the risk assessment it converts all of the data they have entered from a vertical format to a horizontal format and flattens the field again.

Can we change this so that the data in the fields is not moved from a vertical format to a horizontal format......please contact me if this makes no sense

Can we add the following 5 lines to the existing 8 on the manual handling risk assessment

i. Inside the home; 
ii. outside the home; 
iii. General movement
iv. Emergency situation
v. General Comments

The text in the "Brief Outline of work/activity" on a moving and handling assessment is locked as a description of what a  risk assessment is.. This needs to be editable so we can type in the "Brief Outline of work/activity"..
