Exclude carers from working with other carers
Is it possible to have the ability to exclude carers from working with other carers?
New Support Workers automatically list as non-preferred against all Service Users
We use the preferred/non-preferred lists of support workers for each of our service users to aid in scheduling. When new support workers are added to the system, they are automatically made available for all service users, which can cause a headache when trying to schedule and is labour intensive having to go into each service user file and remove them from all which they are not suitable for. It would be greatly appreciated if they would automatically be placed into the non-preferred list so we only need to add them to the service users required.
If not possible to do this by default, if there could be a setting to select this when adding new support workers, or even a way of adding them into the lists from the support worker files (so the similar functionality as currently, but selecting the service users rather than support workers)
Google maps
The feature for the google client and carer maps is very good but could we also have it as a printable possibility as having it as a visual feature would be very useful as well.
being able to book someone off not useing holidays
I use to use a different system and i could block people out not using a call type for example authorized leave unpaid compassionate leave the list could be never ending i currently have to do it as a call and it does not remove the calls on the member of staff like sickness does this is not useful as it is a long winded process and does not alow me to monitor performance very well and makes the system a little unproductive and inoficient as it takes me more time to do this long winded process
Bulk Un-Reconcile
We had a situation where two days worth of calls needed un reconciled, at present there is not option to "bulk" un reconcile, it was very time consuming to have to do this one call at a time.
Call Records search option
In Reports --> Call Records, weccould do with a search option. Either a date range or staff member name.
Format of Rotas/Schedules
We would like the rota (schedule) to be available in a different format. i.e. We don’t need customer address to appear so instead of the system generated rota we send our staff a copy of the visits they are due to make. Perhaps rotas (schedules), like invoices, could have different versions eg. standard, summary or detailed.
Could the The Grid option have the option to print.
This would be accessible to staff not using a mobile app and would be better visually than the list view.
