Client Data Extract report doesn't include telephone and Mobile numbers

Timesheets

We do not use your electronic login system.

Each week staff write up timesheets.

We then go through to match what is on the system.

Is there anyway of having a system in place where we can tick to say that a staff member has done the call?

Instead of ticking the sheet they've submitted.

Then if more than one person checking timesheets there will be no confusion as the computer would show a tick mark next to it.

Not sure if you can take a peek but webroster used to use this system.

Supervision

Would love to be able to add a supervision form to the staff profile so that supervisions can be recorded electronically and stored on the system.

Hi, this is currently possible.  You will need to create a new "Training" category called "Supervision"(here: https://support.care-for-it.com/articles/setting-up-careforit/how-do-i-add-new-training-skills-qualifications )

Then you can upload the supervisions onto the staff records (here: https://support.care-for-it.com/articles/setting-up-careforit/adding-qualifications-training-to-staff-records ).

client data reports could be more useful (for CQC PIR) to include start date, archive date.

I have updated the following report menu->Standard Reports->Client Data Extract to include the Service Start date and Service End Date.

Remove continuity score from SU schedule print out

Hi,


I would prefer is the continuity score wasn't displayed on the printed schedule sent to the SU.. While we try and keep it down we would prefer not to highlight it when it is higher than we would like.
