Remove Cancelled visits from SU schedule print out

Hi,


Cancelled visits still show on the SU schedule print out, they simply don't have a carer and there is no indicator to show they are cancelled so we cat a lot of calls asking about these or asking us why it wasn't cancelled..


Would be good if these were removed from the list or somehow shown as cancelled..

Supporting documents within service user and staff files to be categorised into files

when uploading documents for both staff and service users it would be helpful to be able to organise these files into folders, as we have a lot of files we need to upload and it will be difficult to look through all of these for one specific file;.

sms module

Is it possible for the SMS module to be linked to the Support Worker Notes?


Just like e-mails, the SMS will come in with the tag "SMS". When we are writing a note, just like we can select e-mail, we should be able to select SMS before sending

dashboard visa alert

The dashboard visa alert includes alerts for staff that are no longer active. Can this be amended to exclude inactive staff?

Help and Support Menu - "my tickets"

The "My Tickets" view on the help and support screen is not very user friendly. Tickets are currently stored according to who raised the ticket. So, we have an employee who left months ago but their closed ticket always shows up first. We cannot sort by date that the ticket was raised or by open and closed tickets. 


Could you please change the system to allow users to sort it by one of the categories (Subject, contact, last update, status).


If this can't be done then at least change the default so that open tickets are at the top (or at least the most recently updated ticket is at the top)

Clone previous risk assessment to new one for updating

Visit change log

Would be good to have a "Change Log" tab on the visit edit page to show change history for an audit trail.. 


I just had a carer try and tell me visit had been added to her rota at the last minute and she had made plans sou couldn't cover the visits.. I ashed Laura for the details of the changes and proved to the carer she was not correct and the visits had been on the rota for nearly a week..


Having a change log showing who made the change, the date and time of the change, the previous value and the current value would be all that was needed.. At a minimum tracking changes to the assigned carer and the date/time of the visit would be the most important fields to track..
