Payroll export to CSV
After running payroll and expanding each staff member via the + sign. I would like to be able to export the information on screen.
In the Bulk Action you can choose print details, which opens the requested information in a pdf file. It would be useful if there could be an option in Bulk Action to send print details and print summary to CSV in order that it could then be opened by a customer in Excel.
Get voting and this will be reviewed by product management.

Hi Howell, if you lock a payroll you can then download a CSV of that payroll from the FInance->Payroll->Locked Payroll page.

Report that gives care DELIVERED in any given time span rather than scheduled only. We could then see if our invoicing tallies with care provided.
We work with live data but the current reports do not give an accurate tally of calls delivered. Planned and scheduled seem to be the same thing? This report would enable us to know what percentage of scheduled calls we will be paid for.
Year on Year report
Would it be possible to have a year on year report to compare statistics eg quantity of service users, allocated hours,
Could this be broken down in to service types? This would help for KPI's.
Holiday entitlement to be calculated in hours
To be able to calculate annual leave in hours and not days
Search for invoice range
When looking at invoices would be very helpful and useful to have the option to select an invoice range rather than just a date range or 1 individual invoice. This would allow us to pdf and export just the invoices in question rather than go down ticking and selecting each one
Holiday requests
adding a feature for staff to put in requests for annual leave - Currently using Bright HR to do this, so not using any of the current holiday features on CFI as this part of the feature isn't available. Also the ability to manually input holiday amounts, not just accrual, as some of our staff are on salaried and don't accrue leave, but are given full allowance at the start of the year.
Rota Draft/Unpublished
The ability to have a draft rota, published once complete. Also the feature to have a push notification sent to staff emails/mobiles to inform of any changes to rota.
Archive invalid visit types
Frustrating when selecting a visit type that I have along list of old out of date visit types to lough through before I can find the most up to date one. Can we have a system where ewe can archive old assignments types no longer required?
Hi Tina,
This functionality is available in CareForIT. Under the settings menu > Assignment Types > you can tick the assignments you no longer need click on bulk actions delete assignment type click Go.
