Put some form of tool to group change carers on individual service user cogs rather than changing them all individually becoming very time consuming especially when a service user has 5 or more calls, this will also narrow the chance of human error?

The current invoices are in issued in PDF. 

Can the invoices be in a word format. At times we may need to adjust invoices and easy to do so on word format rather than re-issuing new updated invoices.  Previous software companies invoices have been in word format.

at the moment, if you forget to put the category, you cant add it once its saved, and so its impossible to filter the note out - you have to add it again. And only if you noticed you forgot the category. If you couldnt save the note unless the category had been chosen that would make it much easier.

When adding availability to support workers which is outside of their regular availability is it possible for this to be displayed as a different colour than the regular availability.  This will then allow us to see what additional hours staff have picked up.

Would like to request the ability to be able to select and view  'Client Notes Report' by either the created date or the modified date. Currently the notes are sorted based on date of creation.

A large part of our business is funded by East Riding of Yorkshire Council so they are our main Funder. What we would like to see is that when we generate invoices, the CSV file produced would show the individual service user to import into Sage. Currently the e-mail address is shown here, however we mail our invoices so this is a dead field for us. Could this field be utilised??

The SMS message interface pop up each time you log into CareForIT with all the history of correspondence

The only way to remove them is to close down each one individually, which is time consuming.

Would be beneficial if there was a way to close all in one hit.
