We are just swapping over to CareForIT and the carers are finding it very difficult to wade through the long emails with all the care plans attached to the calls. Is it possible to email a rota with just clients, addresses, call times and telephone numbers? Or create them in the same way as the client schedules come out - looking like a timetable. 

When there is no medication input on the MAR sheet currently it says "No medication".  Could this be changed to "Self medicates -  no assistance required" and make it stand out a bit more?

It would be really helpful if 'FAMILY'could be added to the drop down,  It would help us keep much more complete records. 

It would be useful from an admin perspective to save time if someone was booking two weeks off when you are adding the visit you could select the full duration of the holiday and it can use the preset availability to work out the amount of days off the rota. For example if a part time carer works Monday, Wednesday and Friday and wants 2 weeks off you could select the full 14 day term and only use 6 days holiday as the availability is predefined.

Export payroll CSV to sage. We need a script format that sage can read. Would this be a bespoke request or something that most of us could use. We only need a few parameters but the payroll CSV pulls through everything.

When no rate is entered but there are values in higher rate levels (i.e no 15min rate but 30min is populated) than the empty level, use the next rate up

The ability to create default rate cards for all assignments based on for example: WBC, Private(new rate) and Private(old rate)

Currently we have to manually edit each individual rate card for each assignment and when a change needs to be made, every single assignment must be amended.

I suggest some way for us to create set rate cards that can just be added to the assignments and when prices change. it changes for all of them. As opposed to having to go through each assignment individually and edit each card.
