Is it possible for the system to generate a map of all clients?

There needs to be a way to specify an invoice date.. 

So for example if the last day of the month is a Friday and the visits are then checked and reconciled Monday and Tuesday then you generate the invoices you want the invoice date still to be the last day of the previous month.. For accounting this keeps the sales and account aging in the month they happened rather than the next month.. You down't want "today" as the invoice date which could be the 4th or 5th of the month because it skews the accounting data with it all appearing in the next month..

Customers would like display the Care For IT dashboard items more cleanly when displaying on large monitors or TV's.

TV screens are used in provider offices to track visits and they have raised that they would like some further options to make the views more useful.

For example

- The menu on left hand side could be moved or you click a button so that menu gets hidden.

Training alert - a view for a whole month where they can see what they need to book people on.

When a visit is cancelled it still displays on the carers screens.. We keep the carer allocated because if the call is cancelled last minute we still pay the carer a percentage of what they would have earned.. Still it would be good to remove the call from the carers screen to avoid confusion.

Hi guys'

It would be great if we get total hour in the timesheet template that carers have worked as weekly basis. Nevertheless, the total hour shows in the system but whenever I try to print it doesn't show in the timesheet.

Just been mulling this one over, our service users are on a 4 week rolling prescription which we usually expect our staff to be aware of and reorder as required, they usually remember……! Question, could we add a medication re-order button, much like the

When Visits => List View extract visits, it can only be printed to PDF which is a nuisance when trying to convert to Excel as the tables become weird in a way that they combine/merge cells randomly.

Please enable an option for this data to be exported directly to Excel/CSV. It'll be a HUGE help!
