Annual Leave Overview Reports

Hi,

Would it be possible to create a report that can download a list of all staff members used / unused annual leave? You can currently see this on the blue wheel on each carer profile, however it would be useful to download a report showing this for all staff in one list. This is particularly useful for this time of year where we are approaching the end of the holiday year and we are trying to monitor how much leave staff members have left so we can slot in days off here and there to prevent them loosing their annual leave when the new year starts.

Hope this makes sense, happy to discuss further if that would help.

Thanks,

Altogether Care

Ability to add pay rates retrospectively

Tim Brigham 4 years ago in Pure CareForIT / Finance 0

From my Payroll Assistant:

Any changes that are entered take effect on the day they are changed and cannot be back dated. So when I run pay roll I am going to have to manually over-ride everyone’s pay. Can this not be added retrospectively?

Medication allocation

Marta Meszaros 4 years ago in Pure CareForIT / Medication 0

As the system allocate medications to not relevant calls (shopping, outreach, domestic, etc) and would be better to have medications at those double up calls where one of the CW spends longer time with the SU, is there would be a good idea if there would be an option when we add the regular visits where we could tick in if the visit has to contain medication. And the system would allocate medications to those visits where it is 'yes'.

Carer Preferences Male/Female

It would be very helpful if we can specify if only female or male care workers can visit a specific service user. This is a basic function for any rostering system and yet it seems that CareForIT doesn't have and is not working on it.

View A to Z list when in Service User/Staff files

Nick Bourne 4 years ago in Pure CareForIT updated by Dan Farrell-Wright 4 years ago 1

Would like to be able to see the A to Z list when in a Service User or Staff files instead of having to go back to the 'All Users' list and then select the appropriate letter again when jumping between multiple files.

Hi Nick, we have added a dropdown dox to the client profile breadcrumbs, changing the name will change the profile.

This should allow you to navigate between clients, without having to return to the All Clients list.

Thank-you for your suggestion.

Working Time Directive Calculator', please follow the link below and post this to our userecho: https://

We would like a report that enables us to see whether our staff are within the rules of the working time directive. We need to work out the average number of hours staff are working (including travel time) over a 17 week period to comply with Working Time Directive laws. If on average they work more than 48 hours per week over a 17 week period then they need to complete a form to confirm they consent to working those hours. Or not as the case may be.

Banded Pay Rates

howell 4 years ago in Pure CareForIT / Finance updated by Dan Farrell-Wright 4 years ago 1

CareForIT has banded charging capability. How about banded pay rates capability feature?

A customer has requested the pay based on the bandings. For example :-

0 - 36 minutes
37 - 52 minutes
53 - 106 minutes
107 - 122 minutes

Vote now and this suggestion will be reviewed by product management.

When setting rates for any visit type, you now have the option of choosing Banded rates

You can then add as many bands as are necessary for your required charging structure.

Thank-you for your feedback.
