Client Schedule having a time but visit not allocated

Can we please have it so that when clients schedules are sent via C4IT it does not give a time if the visit is not allocated.This causes issues when clients think there time is going to still be at the TBC time, We are unable to call every client once there visits are allocated, but causes lots of issues when they call in as the call time has been changed.

Carer Access to Add/Change Medications via APP

It would be more beneficial for the carers to be able to add / change medications via the APP for clients. 

The reasons for this - it can be done live and in real time and updated automatically. If a clients medication changes or they are put on a new medication and it has not been updated and CQC inspect it may not be done at that time or until the next day because of timings within the office then the company would be in breach and safeguarding. 

The carers are trained in medication and as a (Paper) MAR Sheet they would do this, this can then be signed off from somebody within the office to confirm.

Would be useful to be able to send an attachment to all carers at once through the send email tab, rather than sending over 80 emails separately

Payroll export to CSV

After running payroll and expanding each staff member via the + sign. I would like to be able to export the information on screen.

In the Bulk Action you can choose print details, which opens the requested information in a pdf file. It would be useful if there could be an option in Bulk Action to send print details and print summary to CSV in order that it could then be opened by a customer in Excel.

Get voting and this will be reviewed by product management.

Hi Howell, if you lock a payroll you can then download a CSV of that payroll from the FInance->Payroll->Locked Payroll page.

CareFor Mobile App - Feature to view all previous & future visits and login times

We have recently started using CareFor and one of the features our care staff have requested is the ability to view all the previous & future visits scheduled along with displaying actual login times on the CareFor mobile app. At present we can only view visits for the next 5 days. This feature would help care staff especially to remind them of all the Service Users they have previously visited when providing feedback to case workers.  


One of the positive things of the previous app we used was having a calendar display pop up which allowed you to select a date you worked or scheduled to work to view the rota's.

Report that gives care DELIVERED in any given time span rather than scheduled only. We could then see if our invoicing tallies with care provided.

We work with live data but the current reports do not give an accurate tally of calls delivered. Planned and scheduled seem to be the same thing? This report would enable us to know what percentage of scheduled calls we will be paid for.

Year on Year report

Would it be possible to have a year on year report to compare statistics eg quantity of service users, allocated hours, 

Could this be broken down in to service types? This would help for KPI's.

carers full names should not show on the client/famiy portal notes section/ due to data protection , I feel this needs amending to carer codes

I want to roll out the portal for families and clients to view , however because the staffs full names are shown I am reluctant`nt ti do this due to data protection of the carers, it should be the carer codes only that show
