MAR Charts

Severn Sunrise 7 years ago in Pure CareForIT updated by Passion for Support 7 years ago 1

Currently there is no way to bulk print MAR Charts - it would be very useful and save a lot of time if we were able to print the MAR charts as a selectable group using the Bulk Action drop down list in the same way we can email or print rotas.  Currently it is a real pain having to go into each client individually to print the MAR Charts.

Show both names for double manned calls

Victoria 7 years ago in Mobile Carer App - CareForIT updated by Stephen Vaughan 7 years ago 5

On the new app the care staff are not able to see who they are working with on the double manned calls, it's important that they are able to see who they are working so they can contact them direct if they are held up.

Bulk 'email rota' to save each rota as a pdf in carer notes schedule tab

Concerned Well Wisher 7 years ago in Pure CareForIT / Rotas' updated by Stephen Vaughan 7 years ago 4

We email a 7 day rota to the carers so they can plan a week ahead (App only shows a few days). Any amendments are also emailed out. The schedule tab only saves the last pdf and the notes do not have a pdf attached. There is no record of any previous rota sent other than the last one.

Please can we attach the pdf to each note so we have a paper trail.

Hi, we have added some functionality to the next release (due 27th March) of CareForIT which will add an attachment within a note on the carer profile.

Android App lets you check in/out from anywhere on any day

Concerned Well Wisher 7 years ago in Mobile Carer App - CareForIT updated 7 years ago 2

We are using the Andriod App for our electronic call monitoring (a requirement with the Local Authority). I love the speed the app provides to check in/out, but it comes at a price. We have found some carers log into calls for the day after. Some of these have been in error and some have been the carer pushing boundaries. The chancers check out of a call when they arrive at the next call.

I know we have a check in/out report (that is how I know so quickly what is happening - thank you), but it would help if we could have some restriction perhaps? Maybe you can not log into a visit that is for tomorrow? Introduce a time sensitivity, an hour +/- of the call? And finally, my personal favourite, lock the coordinates (so you have to be within 100/200 metres of the Service Users location)?

Every user is different. Some flexibility around this would also be helpful. For example, agency A might like this set up, agency B might want to lock days and set the coordinates to 100m, and agency C might like 200m, whereas agency D would like a sensitivity of +/- an hour when others are happy with 30 minutes +/- of the planned/scheduled time. In short, I suppose what I mean is that I would like to set the parameters depending on my staff.

The current setup requires a full time post to amend times, run the check in/out report, and make the subsequent calls to discipline the carers. Please may we have a fix for this (this is also on my Christmas list)

Change time window for check in/out - Andriod app and iPhone browser work differently.

Concerned Well Wisher 7 years ago updated by Stephen Vaughan 7 years ago 2

So we are using the Andriod app and iPhone browser to check in/out for our electronic call monitoring (a requirement with the Local Authority), but the Andriod App lets you check in/out at whatever time on whatever day and the iPhone browser has a sensitivity of +/- 30 minutes. I have been advised by support that this cannot be increased.

This confuses the carer, particularly on double carer visits. Carer 1 can log into tomorrows call without restriction (see separate post), but carer 2 on the same visit cannot log in if they are more than 30 minutes early/late. We are fielding a lot of calls from carer 2 who is worried that they will not get paid - we pay by the minute.

Being in domiciliary care delays are always inevitable. Please may we have a fix (Its on my Christmas list)

Hi, there is work taking place to bring these two things inline with each other.  We are going to use a configuration setting that can be changed per care agency.

Please look out for this functionality in the latest Android release.

Thanks.

Stephen.

Brokerage Map

Howell Hughes 7 years ago in Brokerage updated 6 years ago 3

Hi,

Any chance of the Care-4-IT Brokerage system being modified so that it shows a map
pinpointing the all of the providers locations, with an overlay pinpointing
the clients locations. Might give them (Providers) and us (the Brokers) a better idea for planning.

Best Regards

Change default View on the wall

Howell Hughes 7 years ago in Pure CareForIT / The Wall updated by Passion for Support 7 years ago 1

When working on the Rota Wall/staff/unallocated, currently only one day can be viewed at a time (as a default). The view can be divided into two days and it would be helpful if this could be set as a permanent default.

Improve note notification management

Harley Bird 7 years ago in Pure CareForIT updated by Stephen Vaughan 6 years ago 1

Hi,

I would like so see improved control over note notifications..

Currently ALL notifications go to the system email address and ALL notes show up on the system alerts dashboard meaning they are not useful because we are not interested in looking at ALL notes recorded by carers. We have simply filtered all notification emails to an unmonitored email address rather than deal with deleting a hundred of emails every day..

My suggestion is that each note type be given it's own email address field to send the notification to (blank means no email is sent) and also each note type have a boolean field to indicate if a notification should be presented in the system alerts block on the dashboard.

In our use care we have an "Office Alert" note type for carers to communicate important information with the office.. Having control over the notifications would mean we could route these to the people that need to deal with them..

It would also be good if the notification email was updated to contain more information..

A subject line of

<note type> - <date> - <service user>

Would be brilliant and the content of the note included within the message body along with a link directly to the note if possible.. On the System Alerts block it would be good to know the note type that was created as well rather than simply know a note was created..

These changes would make the notes and the note notifications far more usable and efficient.

Thanks,

Harley

PRN Medication

gina 2 years ago in Pure CareForIT / Medication updated by Tim 1 year ago 1

acknowledgement of PRN medication being given. There is no indicator on app that PRN meds have given. Consequently PRN meds can be selected multiple times in one visit and then appears as an over dose! Numerous of times! This makes compliance very difficult when someone has over dosed!
