Is there a chance that we can have integrated Food & Fluid charts so staff can log this on a daily basis?

It would be great if we get total hour in the timesheet template that carers have worked as weekly basis. Nevertheless, the total hour shows in the system but whenever I try to print it doesn't show in the timesheet.

Just been mulling this one over, our service users are on a 4 week rolling prescription which we usually expect our staff to be aware of and reorder as required, they usually remember……! Question, could we add a medication re-order button, much like the

When Visits => List View extract visits, it can only be printed to PDF which is a nuisance when trying to convert to Excel as the tables become weird in a way that they combine/merge cells randomly.

Please enable an option for this data to be exported directly to Excel/CSV. It'll be a HUGE help!

The current method of downloading invoices is laborious, clunky and very time consuming particularly if a provider has a large number of clients.. Can you amend it to something like:

When running invoices, ALL of them pop up in a list in a box with a checkbox beside their name – we then click the checkbox to mark which ones we wish to download and then the database downloads all of them at once as separate invoices. This would make this procedure much easier and quicker. Alternatively you could put a checkbox beside each invoice in the current listing which we could then check and a button to allow bulk downloading of individual invoices.

It would be most helpful if we were able to delete rounds of care that are no longer active. I'm on with training my team how to prepare these and see only bad things ahead as rounds are created incorrectly and then need to be deleted and resatrted.
