QR code for locations.
We schedule meetings and supervisions for carers and set the location to our office.. GPS signal is a bit weak in the office and the mobile app doesn't support non-care visit types which means the only other option for carers to clock in and out is to use the QR code but there is no ability to create a QR code for a location.
Having a QR code we could print and put in the meeting room would mean carers cold use it as they walk in and out.
Switch off alerts by Funder or Region
If there is more than 1 funder per region or Office it would be nice to be able to switch off the alerts by funder if not required. e.g. When having to use CM2000 or eZitracker to log visits, alerts are raised for all the visits, we need to be able to switch off alerts for these cases.
Separate visit types from visit status
Curently the system is not able to make the difference between a visit type and a visit status.
The only visit status at the moment is TBC.
In order to change a visit status you need to override the visit type. Eg: Domiciliary care replaced with Cancellation chargeble. Which is not ideal.
The visit types can be anything that you provide as a service.
Visit status should be for example short notice cancellation, hospital admision, holidays, respite and so on.
This would give you the chance to run reports and be able to have a history of what happend with the visits without overriting the visit types.
payslip font
the font for the payslips has been increased and today we printed 138 pages please set the font back to the previous size

Add an audible alarm to the alerts as they come through to notify users that a new alert has arrived
Invoicing Errors for overnight services over month end
There is a serious bug with the invoicing of overnight services that run over month end.
I have just discovered that the portion of the service that fall into the later month is being invoiced at a charge of £0.00.. When I voided the invoice and checked everything and then processed the invoice again it then did add the charge, I hadn't actually changed anything..
Re-running the accounts report still shows this service as unvoiced even though it is clearly shown on the new invoice..
I would imagine that if this bug has been around for a while it has probably costs up a fair amount of money but we naturally assumed this had all been tested and was working correctly..

E-mail distribution
Hello, Further to my previous feedback about e-mails I would like to add one more. Careforit creates an e-mail address associated with the service user number. So, for example, client 4 will have to following address "client4@lifecarepro.care-for-it.com". Likewise, client 248 will have the following address "client248@lifecarepro.care-for-it.com".
We are aiming to have all communications going directly into theclient's notes. However, If I send an e-mail to client4@lifecarepro.care-for-it.com (for example) from outside of careforit, the e-mail will be allocated to my own notes and not to that of client 4.
Can this be tweaked slightly. It is fine to allocate the message to my notes. But can it also be allocated to client4@lifecarepro.care-for-it.com as well?
Incidentally, If I delete my e-mail from careforit then the message does not get allocated to me. It will get allocated to the notes of client 4
training records matrix for groups of staff
