Working Time Directive Calculator', please follow the link below and post this to our userecho: https://

Passion for Support 4 years ago in Pure CareForIT 0

We would like a report that enables us to see whether our staff are within the rules of the working time directive. We need to work out the average number of hours staff are working (including travel time) over a 17 week period to comply with Working Time Directive laws. If on average they work more than 48 hours per week over a 17 week period then they need to complete a form to confirm they consent to working those hours. Or not as the case may be.

Banded Pay Rates

howell 4 years ago in Pure CareForIT / Finance updated by Dan Farrell-Wright 4 years ago 1

CareForIT has banded charging capability. How about banded pay rates capability feature?

A customer has requested the pay based on the bandings. For example :-

0 - 36 minutes
37 - 52 minutes
53 - 106 minutes
107 - 122 minutes

Vote now and this suggestion will be reviewed by product management.

When setting rates for any visit type, you now have the option of choosing Banded rates

You can then add as many bands as are necessary for your required charging structure.

Thank-you for your feedback.

To be able to add an attachment to notes, for example service user receipts or paperwork

Rhiannon Lewis 4 years ago in Pure CareForIT / Notes 0

When adding a note it would be great if carers could add an attachment to this. Some of our staff shop for individuals or do paperwork for them. They then have to email this over or drop it into the office. If they could add an attachment to the note like a picture or document this would make things a lot easier.

CareFor Mobile App - Hyperlink for contact numbers

Ibrahim Ali 5 years ago in Mobile Carer App - CareForIT updated by Howell Hughes 5 years ago 1

Hi

Our carer’s have mentioned they would like to see a hyperlink for contact numbers added within CareFor. This would allow to call numbers directly at the tap of a button instead of carers needing to write numbers down on paper etc.

CareFor - Ability to edit care plan - Start dates

Ibrahim Ali 5 years ago in Pure CareForIT / Care Plans 0

Hi

We have noticed on CareFor under ‘care plan > regular visit / services’ we are able to edit the ‘service end dates’ but not ‘service start dates’. If we want to amend the ‘service start dates’ under care plan we have to delete the respective visits and start again.

Can you please look into this and try make configuration changes to allow us to be able to edit ‘service start dates’.

CareFor - Reports

Ibrahim Ali 5 years ago in Pure CareForIT 0

As our Reablement service is a short term intervention (up to 6 weeks) of working with Service Users - we are required to report back to senior management of our service performance statistics on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.

The current reports available through CareFor at present are quite basic and not so useful. Therefore, we have come up with some useful reports which we feel should be made available within CareFor for us and other care providers:

Service report

Total number of new referrals
Total number of new cases started by month or over a period (with total number of new hours scheduled)
Total number of cases closed over a period (with total number of hours no longer scheduled)
Hours of care provided by carer/ service over a period
Hours of care provided per region over a period (North / South)
Scheduled contact time as a percentage of total hours available over a period
Actual contact time as a percentage of total hours available over a period
Actual contact time as a percentage of total hours scheduled over a period
Cancellation per Service User / service over a period
Total number of unused hours over a period

Age distribution of service users over a period of time
18-65
66-75
75-80
80-85
85+

Total no of users over a period of time
Gender distribution over a period of time
Number of male users
Number of Female users
Duration of service provision

Number of cases open for

0 - 48 hours

2 days - 2 weeks

2 - 4 weeks

4 - 6 weeks

Over 6 weeks

No of returning cases over a period

Total number of care packages provided over a period

CareFor - Printed carer schedule not displaying Service User basic info i.e. contact numbers, date of birth etc

Ibrahim Ali 5 years ago in Pure CareForIT 0

We have established when printing the carer schedules from CareFor we are not getting all the Service User basic information printed i.e. contact numbers, date of birth etc.

In case our care staff misplace their work mobile devices we need to have a contingency plan in place and unfortunately if we are unable to provide our care staff with all the tools to go about doing their job it makes life difficult for them and creates extra work for office staff.

We would appreciate if this can be updated and implemented in the current system.

CareFor - Inputting Holiday & Sickness

Ibrahim Ali 5 years ago in Pure CareForIT 0

We have identified at present you are unable to input holiday & sickness in bulk on CareFor. Also, the current system only tells us holidays/sickness in hours which is fine but telling us the number of days off would be helpful.

For example, if a care staff is on annual leave for 2 weeks you have to input each day as oppose to use start & end date. The system should be able to use the care staff availability to work out how many hours & days off they will be using in that 2 week period.
Even if you try block book days off or add sickness it does not show clearly under the 'grid view' or 'visits - holiday/sickness' screen.

CareFor Mobile App - Not displaying annual leave, sickness, training etc

At present the CareFor mobile app does not display when care staff are on holiday/annual leave, off sick, on training, team meetings etc. Currently, the mobile app only displays any visits inputted under 'supervision'.

This looks like a bug within the CareFor system which requires addressing.
